Opto Circuit EGM clears GDR issue

BANGALORE: An extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Opto Circuits (India) here on Tuesday approved the company's proposal to float a global depository receipt (GDR) issue and/or any another instrument aggregating $20 million with a greenshoe option of $5 million for the company's expansion and acquisition programme. The EGM also approved hiking the authorised capital from Rs. 20 crores to Rs. 35 crores and alteration of Memorandum of Association of the company, company official said.
