Study on semiconductor industry

BANGALORE: The India Semiconductor Association (ISA) on Monday announced the selection of Frost and Sullivan, a consulting major, to conduct a study on the Indian semiconductor industries titled `Indian Semiconductor Market: consumption assessment, growth areas and development of ecosystems'. The stipulated time for study is 20 weeks. According to Rajendra Khare, Chairman, ISA, the study will provide a clear snapshot on the semiconductor industry, its composition, challenges and opportunities. Citigroup, a leading financial service company will sponsor the study.
