VISAKHAPATNAM: A three-day camp on the Hobie Cat 16 concluded at the Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP) sailing yard at Rushikonda on Sunday. About 35 participants were taught how to assemble a boat right from the case, rigging, its characteristics and handling, according to Lt. Col. Nasser Hussain Dubey, Organising Secretary of the ongoing National Hobie class championships. International Sailing Federation (ISAF) official and former Director of the Army Yachting Node (AYN), Brigadier A.P. Singh also conducted a workshop on race management.
