YSR permits land sale for BHPV revival

VISAKHAPATNAM: : The Chief Minister, Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, has offered to allow sale of surplus land, if any, available with Bharat Heavy Plate and Vessels Limited, via open auction so that the proceeds could be utilised for clearing BHPV dues.

In a letter to the Union Minister of State for Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, Santosh Mohan Dev, Dr. Reddy hinted at the State Government's interest in equity participation in BHPV.
