VISAKHAPATNAM: The ground-breaking ceremony of L.V. Prasad Eye Institute, near old Dairy Farm here, was performed by the Chief Minister, Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, on Tuesday evening. While appreciating the institute for providing high quality medical care at reasonable price at Hyderabad, Dr. Reddy hoped that the new facility would cater to the needs of the region.
Land allotment
