Muneem posts win

HYDERABAD: M.A. Muneem of NCH club defeated T. Srinath of NCS in a first round match of the Nizam Club's 7th annual inter-club snooker tournament here on Wednesday.

The results: First round: M.A. Muneem (NCH) bt T. Srinath (NCS) 67-27, 32-43, 23-53, 48-21, 53-27; Vijay Kumar (CFC) bt Mohd. Ali (NCH) 58-12, 66-25, 70-47; C.R.S. Shastry (JHIC) bt Asher Raoof (NCH) 28-66, 63-25, 49-47, 49-47.
