This Day That Age
Mr. V.K. Krishna Menon arrived in Peking by air on May 11 for talks with the Chinese Premier, Mr. Chou En-lai. Among those welcoming him at the airport was Mr. Humphrey Trevelyan, the British Charge D'Affaires. Also present were Mr. Tundyweh Chien, Director of the General Office of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, and the Indian Ambassador, Mr. N. Raghavan.
