Helios completes acquisition of 3 firms

MUMBAI: Helios & Matheson has completed the acquisition of all three vMoksha companies located in the U.S., Singapore and Bangalore. According to a BSE release, the share purchase agreement was signed on May 11. The all-cash deal was closed at $19 million and includes earn-out for achieving targeted financial achievement over a two-year period.
