Dog moods

SEOUL: A mobile phone operator now has a service that will enable dog owners to know their moods. Users connect to the Internet and register information. . The service will record the dog's bark. The owner will receive text messages on how the pet is feeling, such as ``I am happy'' or ``I am frustrated.''
