ANANTAPUR: The people of Penukonda Assembly constituency were yearning for peace, the Congress nominee for the by-election to the seat, Boya Sriramulu, said here on Thursday. In a chat with the media, he said the people of the constituency were denied a peaceful atmosphere during the last 10 years as the area witnessed political and factional violence on a large scale. He hoped that he would secure the support of all sections of people in the constituency including that of the district party leader, G. Bhanumati. He had no differences, whatsoever, with Ms. Bhanumati, he said.
