BANGALORE: The Bharatiya Janata Party has scaled down its "Raj Bhavan Chalo" procession on Friday to avoid inconvenience to the public. Only the party leaders will reach the Raj Bhavan to present a memorandum to the Governor on the failures of the coalition Government. However, the party has made large-scale preparations for the rally. The rally to be held at the Pavilion Ground in Malleswaram will begin at 11.30 a.m. The participants will take out a procession from the Pavilion Ground to the Nehru Park in Seshadripuram.
