KOCHI: The Kerala Congress(Jacob) leader and former Minister T.M. Jacob has said that the truth in the B.Ed college case will be revealed if the former Chief Minister A.K. Antony is examined. Mr. Jacob was speaking after inaugurating the Ernakulam leg of the State-wide Janavimochana Yathra led by Anoop Jacob, the State president of the Kerala Youth Front(Jacob), here on Saturday. (The Chief Minister, Oommen Chandy, while deposing before a vigilance court in Kozhikode had said that he had no knowledge of Indian Union Muslim League leaders demanding bribe from the Metropolitan of the Malabar diocese of the Jacobite Syrian Church for sanctioning a B.Ed. college at Meenangadi in Wayanad district. However, Mr. Chandy had told the court that he, as convener of the ruling United Democratic Front, had received a copy of the letter written by the Metropolitan on the issue to the then Chief Minister A.K. Antony. Mr. Jacob had deposed before the court that the Metropolitan had, in his presence, informed Mr. Chandy about the bribe demand.)
