PONDICHERRY: The Civil Service (Preliminary) examination conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will be held in forenoon and afternoon sessions in Pondicherry on Sunday. A release from the Directorate of School Education said that a total of 2769 candidates would appear for the examination, which would be held in six educational institutions.
