Childish behaviour

It appears that the Opposition MPs have forgotten their duties as responsible parliamentarians. The passing of the Rural Employment Guarantee Bill is getting delayed because of their boycott. The stubbornness of the NDA members is childish. Its time that they called off the boycott.
