NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court has issued notices to the Union Home Secretary and Director General of Into-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) on a petition filed by a constable seeking quashing of an order removing him from service after he sustained injuries in his right hand fingers during training in August 2003. A Division Bench of Justice B A Khan and Justice Anil Kumar asked the two respondents to file their replies to constable Ajay Singh's petition within four weeks and fixed September one for further hearing. In his petition filed through counsel O P Saxena, the constable, who joined the service on December 12, 2002 sought quashing of ITBP's 1st Battalion Commandant's November 13, 2003 order whereby he was removed from service. - PTI
