PATNA: A three-member Bench has been set up to hear Railway Minister and Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad and the former Bihar Chief Minister, Rabri Devi's petition challenging the sanction for prosecution in the disproportionate assets case. The Bench has been constituted by acting Chief Justice of the Patna High Court, Justice Nagendra Rai, through an administrative order, court sources said on Sunday. The Bench, comprising Justices Ram Nandan Prasad, Barin Ghosh and M.L. Visa, will start hearing of the petition from Monday. As per the order, the verdict has to be delivered before the court closes for vacation on May 21. PTI
