Hero Mindmine launches `Commit'

Package to address needs of the IT industry

HYDERABAD: A tailor-made training programme `Commit' to address the communication needs of the software industry professionals was launched by Hero Mindmine, a training and learning solutions company, here on Monday. The business head of the company, Asheesh Gupta, said though the Indian IT industry professionals were known for their strong technical skills globally, many of them needed to strengthen the ability to deal with global customers and colleagues and be able to speak their language and understand their cultural nuances. "Commit would help them achieve that," he said.

Describing `Commit' as the first of its kind training programme build to improve communication skills and there by enhance the performance of IT professionals at all levels of interface, Mr. Gupta said it was developed with the inputs from leading software IT companies after taking into consideration their requirements.
