Two case filed in 1995 against Suri dismissed
ANANTAPUR:
The Additional Assistant Sessions Court here struck down two cases filed in 1995 against G. Suryanarayana Reddy alias Suri due to lack of evidence. Trial of the two cases was resumed on a request made on behalf of Suri.
In his ruling, the judge, S.V. Chalapati, said there was no evidence to prove the charges filed against Suri in cases pertaining to the attempt on the life of the then VAO of Maddelacheruvu village in Kanaganapalli mandal, K. Laxminarayana Rao, and attack on his son, K. Sambasiva Rao, at Kalyanadurg.
