RK's former guard among 13 Maoists surrender

ANANTAPUR:
Thirteen Maoists, including a former guard of the State secretary of the naxalite outfit, Ramakrishna alias RK, and three girls surrendered before the Superintendent of Police, R.S. Praveen Kumar, here on Tuesday.
Another Maoist was arrested by the police. Giving the details to newspersons, the SP said that A. Govindu alias Ramesh (22) of Kothagadikunta village in Ramagiri mandal, who had worked as a member of the Ramagiri dalam, guard of RK and commander of a dalam on the Andhra Pradesh-Orissa border, was among those who surrendered. Besides, A. Chinna Narasimhulu, elder brother of Govindu, was arrested by the police.
