NIZAMABAD: Some unidentified persons killed a 56-year-old man when he was asleep at his residence at Jakora village in Varni mandal, on Monday night. The victim, Bodolla Balaiah, bore a deep injury on the neck. Balaiah had a dispute with his younger son, Kistaiah, over distribution of property. Since Kistaiah is at large, police suspect his involvement in the murder. A case has been registered .
Truck driver killed
Sangareddy Reporter writes: A truck driver was killed when his vehicle was involved in an accident with another truck near Pragnapur on Rajiv Rahadari on Tuesday. The mishap occurred when the truck Mallesham was driving hit the other truck carrying marble slabs from behind, causing them to crash onto the driver's cabin, injuring him and the cleaner. Mallesham succumbed to injuries in Gajwel Hospital.
