This Day That Age
Mr. Nikita Khrushchev, the Soviet Communist Party leader, said in Moscow on May 18 that the fundamental principle of Soviet external policy was the acceptance of the possibility and necessity of peaceful coexistence of various social systems. Speaking at the closing session of a three-day industrial conference at the Kremlin, Mr. Khrushchev said a Soviet delegation led by himself would go to Yugoslavia at the end of the month to talk to the leaders there "with an open heart to guarantee full normalisation of ties between the two countries."
