NEW DELHI: In the first direct intervention in the Reliance affairs, the Government on Thursday said it has asked the Registrar of Companies (RoC) to issue notice to the group, headed by Mukesh Ambani, on complaints filed by his younger brother Anil Ambani in the midst of the battle between the two over ownership issues. ``We have asked RoC to give a notice to Reliance,'' the Company Affairs Secretary Komal Anand told reporters. He was asked about the action being taken by the Ministry on the complaints filed by Mr. Anil. She, however, did not elaborate on the details in the notice to be served, which is under administrative control of the Ministry, and what was the nature of complaints made by Mr. Anil. PTI
