MUMBAI: Shiva Sangwan of Chandigarh clinched boys' under-14 singles title with an upset win over second seed Sudanwa Sitaram 6-1, 6-4, then partnered Vijayant Mallik to win the boys' under-16 doubles in the Practennis Open AITA Junior Tennis Championships on Thursday. Mallik and Sushruta Reddy emerged champions in the boys' and the girls' under-16 singles respectively. Unseeded Rashmi Teltumbde stunned top seed Aishwarya Shrivastava in girls' under-14 title clash. The results (all finals): Boys: Uner-16: Vijayant Mallik (Chg) bt Shiva Sangwan (Chg) 6-1, 6-4. Doubles: Sangwan & Mallik bt Abhijit Tiwari (Chg) & Ronak Manuja (Mah) 6-4, 6-2. Under-14: Shiva Sangwan (Chg) bt Sudanwa Sitaram (TN) 6-1, 6-4. Doubles: Sameer Paranjpe (Mah) & Sudanwa Sitaram (TN) bt Aadesh Sardesai (Mah) & Suraj Desai (Guj) 6-1, 6-3. Under-12: Vishwesh Sinha bt Vishal Passi 6-2, 6-0. Under-10: Rohan Bhatia bt Abhimanyu Dhakwale 6-0, 6-1. Girls: Uner-16: Sushruta Reddy (AP) bt Gayatri Krishnan (TN) 6-1, 6-4.
