THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The State-level inauguration of National Youth Congress (Indira) will take place at Ernakulam on Saturday, the death anniversary of the late Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi. This was announced by the National Youth Congress (I) State president, Ibrahimkutty Kallar, at a press conference in the city today.
