Clinton's Nagapattinam visit on May 27

CHENNAI: : Former U.S. President Bill Clinton, Special Envoy of the United Nations Secretary General for Tsunami Recovery, will visit Nagapattinam on May 27.

According to the tentative programme, Mr.Clinton will arrive in Chennai from New Delhi by a special aircraft at 1 p.m. An official release here said he would proceed to Nagapattinam by helicopter and visit the Collector's office and a temporary shelter put up for tsunami victims. He will return to Chennai at 5 p.m. and leave for Colombo by special aircraft at 7 p.m.
