NEW DELHI: Admitting that oil prices are the single biggest worry for him, the Union Finance Minister, P. Chidambaram, on Saturday hinted at revision of petroleum prices, saying consumers too have to share the burden. ``We are looking for ways to distribute the burden [of surging global oil prices] between Government, oil marketing companies and refineries. But sometimes circumstances are out of our control,'' Mr. Chidambaram told NDTV.
Reliance accord likely
Mr. Chidambaram said the Ambani brothers Mukesh and Anil were moving towards a settlement and there was no need for any Government intervention in the family dispute. ``Both Mukesh and Anil talk to me from time to time and I advise both to settle their dispute quickly... Looks like they will reach a settlement,'' Mr. Chidambaram said. PTI
