Nizamabad hottest place

HYDERABAD:
The severity of the heat wave got on Saturday was felt in Nizamabad, Adilabad, Medak, Karimnagar, Anantapur and Chittoor districts.
At 13 places, the day temperature crossed 40 degrees C. The highest day temperature of 46 deg C was recorded in Nizamabad.
Maximum temperatures fell at a few places in Telangana but changed little in Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema. They were above normal at many places in these two regions.
The following are the places where the temperature was above 40 degree C: Ramagundam 45, Medak 44, Nandyal 43.4, Anantapur 43. 1, Kurnool 42.9 , Mahabubnagar 42.4, Hanamkonda 42, Hakimpet Airport 41.2, Bhadrachalam 40.9, Tirupati Airport 40.6 and Nalgonda 40.
