BANGALORE: The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) on Saturday demolished a three-storeyed unauthorised structure built on its land in BTM second stage, phase 1 of Madiwala. The builder had taken possession of it by showing fictitious documents, a BDA press note said. It recovered the corner site as well. According to a press note, Firoz Pasha, the property holder, who had possessed bogus documents and constructed a RCC dwelling house with three floors had purchased the property from Kaleemulla Khan. The site had earlier been allotted to Narayanappa on April 2, 1988. However, as the site was under litigation, the individual was allotted another site. Criminal cases have been registered in the MICO Layout police station against Narayanappa, Feroz Pasha and Kaleemulla Khan, the release said. The demolition was conducted by the BDA Task Force with the assistance of the local police.
