THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Peroorkada police have arrested five persons in connection with the attack on K.J. Varghese, president of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, at Kuravankonam, on May 17. Those arrested are Joy, 42; his brother Babu, 38; Unny, 65; George, 63; and Benson, 47. Police said the attack was motivated by a quarrel over changing the vicar at the Seventh Day Adventist church near Vijayamohini Mills.
