No more "zero"

NEW DELHI: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited will implement the single telecom circle concept for its cellular subscribers of Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh (East), Uttar Pradesh (West) from Wednesday. Mobile to mobile and landline to mobile calls in these States can be made without dialling zero. — Special Correspondent
