Rajkumar undergoes check-up

BANGALORE: Matinee idol Rajkumar underwent a routine check-up at the M.S. Ramaiah Memorial Hospital on Wednesday. He went through a series of examinations, including blood test, ultrasound and bone density test, according to hospital authorities.

They said that Mr. Rajkumar complained of severe joint pain and so was advised to undergo a bone density test. The results of the medical tests are expected on Thursday.

The actor was treated by his physician, Ramana Rao, on the VIP suite at the 5th floor of the hospital.

He was accompanied to the hospital by his wife, Parvathamma Rajkumar, and sons, Raghavendra Rajkumar and Shivrajkumar. Ms. Parvathamma Rajkumar has been undergoing physiotherapy in the hospital for the past 10 days.
