Hero Honda CRM programme
CHENNAI:
Hero Honda has covered two million customers under passport programme, Pawan Munjal, Managing Director has indicated in a release. The passport programme builds enduring relationship with customers, he said. It was rolled out nationally in 2001. According to the scheme, every rupee spent by the member translates into a reward point. These reward points can then be redeemed for gifts, the release adds.
