Crisil to revamp board

MUMBAI: Consequent to the acquisition of majority interest by Standard & Poor's, Crisil on Thursday decided to reconstitute the board to reflect the new ownership structure with B. V. Bhargava as Chairman while retaining R. Ravimohan as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. The reconstitution will be effective July 21, 2005 after the annual general meeting, Crisil informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
