Maoists kill surrendered naxalite

GUNTUR:
Naxalites of the Communist Party of India (Maoist) Chandravanka dalam gunned down a surrendered dalam member, Adirala Kotaiah, 22, alias Naresh, on Thursday, branding him a police informer.
A resident of Sirigiripadu in Guntur district, he was whisked away from his house on Monday at 10 a.m. for `talks,' but was taken to several places and later killed from point-blank range.
His hands were tied before he was shot with a tapancha on his temple and stomach.
Naresh's body was found at the Vajralapadu Adda road in Veldurthi mandal on Thursday.
He was picked up along with a small-time trader of Daupalli, who was killed a couple of days ago.
