Free sale quota of sugar

NEW DELHI: The Centre announced on Thursday a quota of 11 lakh tonnes of sugar for indigenous free sale for June. With a levy quota of 2.16 lakh tonnes released for the month, the total availability of sugar for the month would be 13.16 tonnes.
