KOCHI: The Minister for Education, E.T. Mohammed Basheer, has said that compact discs of mathematics lessons that include games will soon be made available in the State. He was speaking to presspersons here on Thursday after accepting a consignment of textbooks for the new school year from the Kerala Books and Publications Society, Kakkanad. He said that students were traditionally weak in English and maths and the new step would help improve the situation. English learning has improved after the appointment of special teachers for English and the introduction of activity-oriented lessons. The Minister said there was no question of withholding anyone's SSLC results in connection with the SSLC question paper leak case.
