Vehicle stir called off

Thiruvananthapuram: The Bus and Lorry Operators' Coordination Committee has called off its two-day vehicle strike to protest the Government order making speed governors mandatory. A pressnote issued by the committee here said the Transport Minister, N. Sakthan, had promised to convene a meeting to discuss the issue. — Staff Reporter
