TTK Healthcare divests stake in TTKHSPL

NEW DELHI: TTK Healthcare has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has divested its 34.94 per cent stake in the Banglore-based TTK Healthcare Services Pvt Ltd (TTKHSPL) in favour of T. T. Krishnamachari & Co. The company has divested 14.93 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each held by it in TTKHSPL.
