THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: : The authorities have decided to use photo-affixed voters' list for the byelection to the Assembly constituencies of Koothuparamba and Azhikode in Kannur district. The voters whose photographs do not figure in the list or are not clear should produce their voter identity cards. Those who have not been issued voter identity cards or are not able to produce it for valid reasons can use other documents to establish their identity. They include passport, driving license, PAN card, identity cards of Central and State PSUs, identity cards of local bodies or public limited companies, passbooks of banks, kisan or post office (account should have been started on or before April 30, 2005), students identity cards, pattas and originals of registered deeds.
