Orissa to sign deal with Posco
BHUBANESWAR:
The Orissa Government and the South Korean steel maker, Pohang Steel Company (Posco), will sign a memorandum of understanding to set up a 12 million-tonne capacity steel plant in the State soon. Talking to presspersons after his meeting with the President of Posco, Chang Ho Kang, here on Friday, the Orissa Chief Minister, Naveen Patnaik, said discussions on the proposal were now over and the MoU for the proposed steel project would be signed soon.
