Degree Admissions: Admissions to degree courses in government, aided and unaided colleges affiliated to it, for the academic year 2005-06, have been notified. Applications can be had from the respective colleges till June 18.

Entrance Examination: The entrance examination for admission to the MLISC programme of the Department of Library and Information Science would be held from 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. at the Government College for Women on June 5.

BDS Examinations: Applications for the fourth year BDS part two regular examinations beginning June 21, the second year BDS supplementary examinations beginning June 24, the third year BDS examinations and fourth year part one supplementary examinations beginning June 22 can be submitted without fine till June 6.

Criminology: Those who have joined for the PG certificate course in Criminology and Criminal Justice Administration should report for classes at 10 a.m. on May 29 at the UIT, Kuravankonam.

Results: The results of the M.Sc. General and Applied Zoology, M.A. Psychology and M.A. Language and Literature (credit and semester 2003-05) have been declared. Jasmin Hakim has secured the first rank for Zoology, S.K. Pramod, for Psychology and Lakshmi Sukumar for English.

MBA Course: The last date for submitting applications for the MBA full time and part time courses at the College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram has been extended to May 31.

Applications invited: Applications have been invited for admission to the Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) course at the Institute of Distance Education. Those with 40 per cent marks for the degree course can apply.
