THRISSUR: : The Kerala Lalithakala Akademi has launched a scheme to provide grants of Rs. 25,000 each for group shows involving three to five artists. Malayali artists and those settled in the State may apply. Recipients of this year's Akademi grant for solo exhibition need not apply. Application forms are available at the Akademi art galleries in Thrissur, Ernakulam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kottayam, Kozhikode and Kanhangad. The last date for submitting the applications is July 15. For details, contact the secretary of the Akademi at 0487-2333773, says a press release.
