BANGALORE: The Hindu EducationPlus is organising "Pre-counselling guidance programmes" for students seeking admission to professional courses in the State. The programmes will be held in Mangalore on June 3, in Bangalore on June 6 and in Hubli on June 8. The programmes will provide an opportunity for students to interact with a committee of experts in education. In Bangalore, the Special Officer of the Common Entrance Test Cell, M.N. Nayak, will provide information on the admission process for CET rank-holders. The other speakers in Bangalore include the Vice-Chancellor of the Visvesvaraya Technological University, K. Balaveera Reddy; the Director of the People's Education Society Group of Institutions, Jawahar; and the COMED-K representative, S. Kumar. The programme will be held at the Chowdaiah Memorial Hall in Bangalore at 10 a.m.
