Lenovo India, IBM initiatives
NEW DELHI:
Lenovo India and IBM on Monday announced fresh and extensive support infrastructure initiatives for ThinkPad, Lenovo's flagship product. As the notebook market is making strong inroads across the country, the company has ramped up its presence outside the metros, to provide customers easy access to world-class IBM service and support. IBM will continue to provide its service and support to the ThinkPad and ThinkCentre products within the Lenovo-IBM alliance framework. The company has also opened five new full-fledged ThinkPad Service Centres.
