GHAZIABAD: Demanding an independent probe into the leakage of U.P. CPMT question papers, Agra University Vice-Chancellor, A.S. Kukla, today blamed the district administration here for the incident saying that they did not receive the papers on time. ``The papers were not received on time by the district authorities and the tempo carrying 20 boxes of question papers remained missing for over 18 hours between NOIDA and Ghaziabad,'' the Vice-Chancellor said. Charging the administration with not being serious about the issue, Kukla demanded an independent probe into the incident. Reacting to the charge, Additional District Magistrate Ajay Deep Singh said that DM Santosh Kumar Yadav had informed the VC about the delay at that time.-
