Siemens to invest Rs. 150 cr.
NEW DELHI:
Siemens is setting up a new power transformer factory at Kalwa near Mumbai with an investment of Rs. 150 crore. This will be its eighth factory in Maharashtra and the third factory belonging to its power transmission and distribution (PTD) division. With the introduction of transformers, Siemens in India will offer the complete portfolio of products covering the energy segment, spanning power generation, transmission and distribution.
