CUDDAPAH: The Principal District Judge, T. Lakshmana Rao, has issued orders dismissing three court employee and permanent reversion to a court superintendent, as charges against them were proved. A clerk in Kamalapuram sub-court, Ravindranath, who attended duties in an inebriated condition, was dismissed from service. Another clerk of Kamalapuram court, Subbarayudu, who allegedly criticised the court judgements in a drunken condition, was ordered compulsory retirement by the DJ, following a report forwarded by the Kamalapuram Magistrate, Vijay Kumar. The Cuddapah Senior Civil Judge, P. Lakshminarayana, enquired into the two cases. A Lakkireddipalle court clerk, Radhakrishna Murthy, was removed from service for collecting a meagre court fee of Rs. 50 in a civil case involving property worth Rs. 7 crores while he worked in Cuddapah I ADJ court. The Superintendent of Pulivendula court, Hussain, was permanently reverted to the post of lower division clerk, as charges that he misappropriated money deducted towards bank loan instalments from employees' salaries. Hussain deposited the money to the bank concerned after he was served a memo. The District Judge enquired into the charges.
