Court breather for TDP polling agents

HYDERABAD:
The High Court on Tuesday said polling agents of the Telugu Desam Party in Penukonda should not be arrested in the name of old pending cases.
Be responsible
But, the court made it clear that the agents would be responsible for maintaining law and order.
Justice Easwaraiah was dealing with a writ petition complaining that the TDP polling agents were sought to be arrested in the name of old cases.
