Directive on electricity billing

Assessment of power consumption charges for May could not be done for Chinthamani Nagar and Venkitapuram due to administration reasons. Hence, consumers have been requested to pay the charges for March before June 15.

Felicitation

A felicitation function will be organised on June 5 for Dr. G. Bakthavatsalam on conferment of Padma Shri Award by the President of India. Dr. Justice A.R. Lakshmanan, Senior Judge, Supreme Court of India, will be the chief guest.

Seminar

At a seminar on the Simplified Exit Scheme 2005, organised by the Coimbatore branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu, V. Selvaraj, explained the features of the scheme and appealed to the defunct companies to make use of it before July 31.
