BANGALORE: Coffee lovers in Bangalore now have one more place where they can have their favourite brew. Coffee World, an international coffee shop chain, launched its second outlet in Koramangala on Wednesday. Good coffee, plush chairs and soft music make the coffee shop a place where one can relax. The menu provides the customer a variety of hot and cold coffees, teas and snacks to choose from, with prices starting at Rs. 25.
Market
"We are aiming at a different market, mainly corporates and those in the 25-plus age group. At Coffee World, executives can log onto the Internet and conduct a meeting over a cup of coffee," Parag Dutta, chief operating officer of Global Franchise Architects, which owns Coffee World, said. Bangalore has proved to be a successful market for Coffee World, with its Brigade Road outlet attracting both the young and the old.
Brand ambassador
The coffee chain plans to expand its operations in the coming year by opening another outlet in a Bangalore mall. It has actress Esha Deol as its brand ambassador.
